Creating a Address Book using Random Access Files

I am creating a address book using random access files and I am so completely lost on the coding and everything. I already have it set up. But I don't understand the coding. I need to show my instructor what is working so far, but nothing seems to be working. And I am not very far at all. Could someone please help me ASAP??
