hi,
i need sum help regarding image processing.
luking for something similar to "paintpicture" but sumthing that takes less amount of time.

how to extract a specified area(given x,y,width,height) in vb6, with less than 30ms time.(i.e the time paintpicture takes)

hoping to here from sum1 soo
