How can i collect and send data from SERIAL and Ethernet port to V.B.?

Do you have any code to collect and send data from serial and ethernet port to V.B.2006? OR do you have any information to help me out to get that?

You can use the MSCOM component to talk to Serial Port. To have better control over the data you can create a dll in C++ which will be fatser as compared to VB MSCOM component.
