i am a new student that have read about XML and now want to start writing code on XML what are the requirement that i need and all the tools that will enhance my learning.

First question - why do you need to learn XML and what do you plan to use it for? There are many different XML topics and it would be helpful if you have an idea of what you want to accomplish
