When it comes to developing a Ludo game, the choice of programming language largely depends on your familiarity with the language and the platforms you intend to target. However, some commonly used languages for game development, including Ludo games, are C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, and Python. Ultimately, the "best" programming …

We all foreseen the decline of "forums" back in early 2010's , there were many alternatives of what to do , and I strongly believe that you choose the wrong one. I will not repeat what you did or what you could be done …

With "Tennis Elbow", it’s the tendons that connect these muscles to the bones that are primarily affected by this condition. Tendons, which connect muscles to bones, are primarily composed of collagen, a protein that requires several key nutrients for its formation and function. In Unity 3D, utilizing the Starter Assets package, I am trying to swap the mesh on the Starter Asset character that I duplicated in the scene. I realized that there are several meshes on the (prefab/game object) that I unpacked and wanted to know how to …

I want to figure out what Windows does when you right-click a video file and check properties and I would like to write a similar piece of code in C++. I should be able to figure out how to read the file type and size, but I'm lost in how to get details of the video like resolution and runtime. Which API commands does Windows use there?

The [Windows Media Foundation API](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/api/mfmediaengine/nf-mfmediaengine-imfmediaengine-getduration#requirements) is probably what you are thinking of. You also can just use my example, using the ffmpeg library. Just change the filename. extern "C" { #include <libavformat/…

Got my laptop back from Best Buy this afternoon. I checked the power cord connection at the store and it was fine. I wish I'd checked it further because I started having problems as soon as I got it home and powered up. First of all, they replaced the motherboard so when I got it back it had been wiped and reset. First thing I noticed was that the …

"I allocated a C partition and formatted as NTFS then boot back into my Windows 11 install USB." That can derail the usual Windows install. On today's PCs I start off with a blank, no partition drive, boot the Windows USB stick and once in a while need to add the Intel RST storage driver. I maintain that Microsoft should update …

I added your mentioned alter table index. Took 4.375 secs in MySQL Workbench. It did speed up the results. I'll have to try another method of importing to see if I can improve this. I also ommitted the overhead of converting variables for display output measurements, because they were included in the C++ times. If we were to compare the two, it as …

How would that help me? That's just another program that does more or less the same Windows does, but doesn't mention which API commands one needs to get this output. When you asked for runtime you triggered a memory from long ago where MP3 runtimes were at times wildly inaccurate. Yes, I know, Windows doesn't report details for all video files, sometime it just doesn't and I already guessed that may be because of a file format Windows cannot read correctly. You should to use one variable movex to make it with minus or plus sign in your update function; by pressing left or right keys; because the one thing which is changable is a picture; I mean in global sense; variables like leftx, right x should be one…

If the power connector was replaced with the motherboard, then your charging cord is suspect. If they setup your PC with Windows 11, there's a good chance a GPT partition was used instead of NTFS (outdated). Imaging back to this would fail. Always check in your BIOS to see if your drives shows up there. If you're setup in UEFI mode, instead of …
