I'm too
exhausted
for an in depth explanation right now but 90% of web development is optimizing for performance. The average DaniWeb page takes anywhere from 80ms up to 250ms to load the HTML (when dealing with low network latency), depending on the type of page, so shaving 50ms off of that is a huge win.

Hi logo, right up on the top of the screen, you will see the word welcome with your username next to it, click your username, another page will open. On the left side of the page, you will see a few links, one of them says "find all threads by logo". Click this link and you will see all the threads you have posted. Hope this helps:)

Take small vacations away from work frequently to help avoid burnout. And don't forget to go home at least once a year to visit family.
