I'd go for red wine, a barolo perhaps, amarone if I want to splash, or there's a cool three for two deal at Thresher's which I like. If at the pub, I'll take John Smith's bitter or
Guinness
. And I also like Earl Grey tea, just as it is, no lemon etc. I'm drinking plain tea with nothing else added at the moment.

The big company would not happen to be Symantec would it? If so, great bunch of folk and nice offices in Dublin as well. I don't live in Dublin but have visited often. Great social environment, good cafes/bars and excellent beer if you like the whole

type stout thing.

I am with you there, love Irish stew made from browned lamb, potatoes, onions, a shot of whisky, some parsley and spices! mmmmmm! Goes well with a glass of
Guinness
stout with a nice thick creamy head. Of course on St. Patricks Day it has to be green beer and a steamy plate of corned beef and cabbage.
