urgent help needed

hi everyone,

i need some urgent help.

i want a real time clock which can start counting when a button is pushed and stop counting when another button is pushed. the buttons might be start and stop.
if possible i must also be able to set the time initially.

pls give me the code for it and also the interface that i must go in for.
