I have had this templates website running for approximately 7 months now. I am about to go on a gap year holiday, working in costa rica and so will have no time to manage this site so for this reason I am re-selling it. The traffic rate is not great but the conversion rate is amazing! 10% of people who visit the site purchase from it which has resulted in me having 94 sales in May alone, in June the conversion rate was much higher (about 20%). Not much has to be done to keep up with the site, just the regular updates and so on, the service is now fully automated so sales can be done whilst you sleep.

Revenue Details:
Each template pack i sell costs $40 ($19.99). In May i recieved 94 sales and June i recieved 319 which gives me a total of over $15,000 in 2 month with very little traffic. The revenue potential of this site is extraordinary, with a little SEO and marketing it is possible you will make your money back within 2 months.

Traffic Details:
The traffic is mainly from selling to people at forums, a little traffic from google adwords only $60 worth. The site also offered 1 months free advertising for a short while which attracted many customers.

I am looking for around $10,000 although i want a quick sale so will accept any offers.

If the site basically sells itself and takes very minimal time to upkeep why can't you manage the site while in Costa Rica? Sounds like you have covered your costs already so why not keep the site? What is the outlay of money per month? it sounds like a no brainer to keep it.

I am not a scam artist i can assure you that. The previous owner, and designer of the website was trying to sell ipods with the package!!

If you want to speak to him then please do i will happily provide you with his email address. Please dont make accusations when you dont know the full facts!

I wont be able to manage it in Costa Rica because i will have either no, or very little internet access. I am also looking to sell the website so i can get the money to spend on over travels for my gap year!
