How to Create TIME STAMP in ASP page

I am wanting to add some code to my asp page that will create a timestamp..

My asp page creates a file using XML and I want one of the tags in the XML file to have a timestamp..

Any ideas??

I can post an example if that will help. Thanks in advance for any input.
