execute permissions

hey .... i have a problem when i try to update/delete/add to the database (microsoft access 2007) it gives me the error :

Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Could not delete from specified tables.
/internet project/delmsg.asp, line 7

LINE 7 is the line which contanes : the execute
i think it needs an execute permissions but i dont know how
So please help me ... i have to present this website soon

go to the folder that contains the microsoft access database and change its security permission by right click and choose properities then security tab.
the above must be apply for IUSER_XXXX account (internet guest account).

where ???? .... there is no security tab .... i see sharing and security but there is no permissions or something like that ... So please tell me how to do it step by step .. and thanks
