ASP Error

Hi , I'm getting the below error when i'm trying to create a excel boject in my ASP page. Please help me.

Error Type:
Server object, ASP 0178 (0x80070005)
The call to Server.CreateObject failed while checking permissions. Access is denied to this object.

Ensure that your virtual directory that the anonymous access is Checked.

Please check the permission for the temp folders. Everyone should have modify permission on same.
