Help with Flash

Hello, I need help with something for Adobe Flash, can anyone lend me this please?

• A Flash movie that sends the content of 1 text box to an email adress using ASP
• A Flash Movie that works as a Hit Counter, also with ASP

They are 2 different things, I really would appreciate it, thank you.

Why does Flash (which is playing client side with security limitations) need to be involved?

Because I want to know how to do it in Flash, heheh, is it too hard? I am not asking for a well done code or anything, just one that does it >_<, please help, I am already checking some stuff about ASP

You need to find a Flash web development forum, but I doubt if anyone will do it free.
