Do you have to use ASP? I suggest using PHP. Even if you're using a Windows server, PHP is faster than ASP, and it's faster to develop stuff in. Do you already have VB code that you can implement in your ASP scripts? Do the services you have only work with ASP? Did you already configure your system just for ASP? These are the only reasons why you would want to use ASP. Overall, PHP outperforms ASP by a long shot. If you want an explanation, let me know.
Try this site for ASP tutorials, snippets, etc.: http://www.aspin.com

There are several top notch tutorial sites out thier for ASP. I would suggest you start with a search on google for "asp tutorial" and start looking for what fits your needs best.
As a quick starting place I looked through my old notes from when I started playing with ASP and found that most of the sites I used to go to to help figure things out have vanished, but here is a list of a few that I have found:
http://www.aspin.com/ - a great resource for scripts and tutorials
http://www.learnasp.com/learnasp/ - ok, but not wonderful.
http://www.aspfree.com/ - another handy resource site with several useful articles
http://www.asp.net - Microsofts ASP.NET page.
