Hi!

I have created a web form with HTML and ASP (separate but same idea). What I want is that this form will be autofilled with data from Excel spreadsheet or alternatively from ATC! that is an SQL database.

Our customers will receive a link to this form and when they click the link it'll go on our website and the form will open with their information. Information fields are open as the client might need to edit them. The customer can then order a service by choosing a radio button 'yes' or 'no' and submit the form. When the form is submitted it will send an email to my email with all the input data.

The form and the email connection works perfectly but I have a problem with the merge from Excel. Is this possible somehow and what would be the best way to go about it?
