how to create footer in page

hai friends ,,,,,,,,

now i designed one website in that i want to create a header ane footer and the body , in the header i want to place any advertiasement and in the footer i want to mention my company details ........ when i am adding some tool's the footer will allow and move down ....


plz reply me friend's

Use a master page for the header and footer.

If you dont know how to use a masterpage, do some research, its easy to use.
