Backing-Up Databse from an ASP.net Page?

Hi,
I want to put a function (Button maybe) that will enable the site Admin to backup the website database, I have 2 SQLEXPRESS databases, the Default ASPNETDB.mdf and my own WebDB.mdf .
I have no idea how to proceed.
