Urgetnt : How to Make C#.NET & VB.NET application to work on Network???

Hi guys...
i am new to .net programming
i have made a small s/w for hospital management for the hospital of my relative......
no, they want my application to run in their office on Network....along with a common Database
i have made the application in C#.NEt and another application in VB.NET and i am using MS-SQL 2000 Server at the back end...
i need to deliver them my S/W with 1-2 weeks...
so, i request you all to please help me out and guide me thoroughly about what steps and how will i have to follow in order to make my project work over the network successfully?????

What are you having trouble with?

The network isn't really a problem, just make sure you properly configure sql to accept tcp ip connections and there shouldn't be much of a change than you have now, as long as there no concurrency issues within your application.
