Implementation of X.509 Certificate for asp.net webservice

Hi forum,
I want to implement X.509 Certificate for our asp.net webservice.
Can some one tell me its proper way of implementation?
How I can call and use it both on server side and client side where it is being used.
No one has posted to this discussion for at least three months. Please let old threads die and do not reply to them unless you feel you have something new and valuable to contribute that absolutely must be added to make the discussion complete.
