Upload File in ASP.net using C#

Hi there,
I am developing a page (using a button) to upload a file from a server , and I need the file instead of being viewed on the page it self, to be showed as a link only and this link is saved in a data base , then if the user wants to open it should open the link ,
right now I've reached the part of viewing the file on the page I could not enhance it to be as link

any help please , urgent help is appreciated
