Forms Authentication

Expand Post »
Hi,

great forum here! i've learnt lots reading throught the posts.

I have a problem with an ASP.NEt 2.0 web application i have designed. It is designed to allow users to access their documents from home and several shared areas.

The ASP.net forms authentication doesn't appear to be working properly. It works fine i access it via internet explorer from a machine logged in to the windows/ad domain that the server is in.

If i access it from a computer that is not on the domain or logged in locally, it just redirects to the login page.

I'm sure it is something really simple and I'm pretty sure I did have it working at some point.
The IIS directory is configured to Enable Anonyomous access. and no tick boxes ticked for Integrated Windows Authentication etc. in the bottom half of the authentication methods dialog.

Any Ideas?

Thanks In advance
