Can i call the content of other url under my master page or site.

Hi friends,
I would like to achieve a task which can be better understood by pics
The url is : www.samachar.com
In the below pic u can see the link to the different news sites. Used rss I guess , but the thing is when we click the link the content information of the news site are appearing in under samachar.com site, how to achieve this target . help me out yar if any one knows the solution. for images u can see the attachment
