compiler error when run the asp.net application

hi,
I format my laptop and then install VS2008.but now it gives an error when run my webapplication.error is"Compiler error csc.exe file is not found" and when I run new webapplication it will give an error"Compiler error vbc.exe file not found"

Can you check if you have properly installed .NET FrameWork ..2.0 ,3.5.
Go to Framework directory and see if you have those csc.exe:

On XP path could be...:(check appropriate path on your laptop)
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727

Before installing vs.net first u have to check the IIS is ther r not. go to start button click on run and type 'inetmgr' if iis is not there it give the information that iis is not there so u have to install iis by putting the os cd. Then u have to install vs.net
