open the pdf and doc files as readonly

Hi.... i need help in opening a pdf file and document file in readonly mode. besides the user should not be able to save or print the document that is being opened.

i open the document with the extension

Response.Redirect("File Location with file name")

it is opening the dialog box for save/open/ cancel whereas i am suppose to open it as a read only document.

please help... thanks for ur time...
