How to get IIS components ???

I recently downloaded a source code of Chat Application .....
But when I ran it's solution ....
I said that that the IIS server is not installed on this system !!!
The box also mentioned a few IIS components ...
like;
Internet Information Services
IIS 6 Metabase
IIS 6 Configuration Compatibility
ASP.Net
Windows Authentication

I am using Visual Studio 2008 and Windows Vista.

Please tell me how do I get these ?

use your windows CD (XP, OS) and add component (IIS) for IIS installation
