How do I get all the site sub sections in google search

I have attached an image to the post.I want my site to come up in the search results as such ...please advise me what i should do ?

I may be wrong but from what I've read this isn't something you can request. Google applies it when your site reaches some level of page rank, authority or general market penetration.

Hi,
This is something google call SITE LINKS, As google say that site links are generated automatically. If you want to see the site link for your website do just one thing. BUILD Back links for your internal pages taht you want to show in site links. Also use the highly targeted keywords as the anchor text while doing link building. All the Links with the most number of anchor text will be shown up as Title and the URL of the page will be displayed as the site link.
