Inserting Images to a Datagrid

I am having a problem inserting a picture to a datagrid. My database has both a link and a actual picture.

link: StarCarPics/Agustlink.gif
picture: hex number or the actual picture

I have tried doing a hyperlink and have no luck.

Is there any other way of doing this?
