Error in running aspx files on browser

I just started learning asp.net and i started with the hello world program..
i followed these steps..

1) installed IIS server on my windows 7 ( but only installed , i dont know if it has anything to do with my program)

2) installed visual studio 2012

3) then in visual studio > file > new website > using asp.net+visual basic

4)Then i added the new web form to my project and added a hello world label

5) i clicked on run , but i did not got the output in browser (although browser started but it was with an error )

i have attached the two images for your reference..please help me i am new and i dont know anything about this..

sorry for the mistrake.. it's visual studio 2010 :P

Might be the port numbers are different. Check the notification that comes once you launch the application and compare its port number with the browser's port number.
This might be because of your antivirus software problem.
