Master pages - (english and Arabic)

Hi everyone iam facing a problem with the mutli language site..

My requirement is

Home Aboutus contactUs (for english) --on left side
contacus aboutus home (for arabic) -- on right side

for menu type link button

iam getting only english, arabic is not working
my current o/p for arabic:
home aboutus contacus showing on right side ...

how can i display my arabic output as contacus aboutus home on right side...

I think you need to use a resource file for that. Give the arabic text in the resource file and use. Make sure the resource file is global.
