You'll need to be a bit more specific as to the help that you need. Do you already have some code developed? Is there a portion of your application that is not working?

I have take the day with this code DateTime.Today.Day and I use a if condition
after this I make all commands to connect with my Db srver . when I load my Default.aspx page my data are updated but when I make relod my data updated again I dont wont this thing I just want that my data updated only one time a month...
