Could not able to load file or assembly

am not able to run web page in Visual studio 2008
The ERROR is "Could not load file or assembly 'WebApplication1, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied."
