login forms with asp.net

Hi guys,

I was just wondering if I could get some help with .aspx files. I have been creating a website for a school assignment.

I need help with creating a user sign up page, confirmation page and a login page. If you could point me to any documents online that explains some steps on doing it, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using asp.net for all my pages as I have had to link my site to a database.

You can have a look at what i've done already, (don't laugh at the crapy design lol) its the functionality that matters.
