Having problems with website baker.

I installed websitebaker manually on http://www.coronary-heart-disease.info

I am having problems:

Adsense code doesn't turn up: I installed adsense code in textmode of the WYSIWYG editor. But the ads don't just turn up.

The popups are not working.

Plz suggest an alternative.
