How to install Joomla_

I have uploaded Joomla_1.0.13-Stable-Full_Package and i have a problem with installation.
I made the confoiguration, changing the MySQL username, MySQL password, MySQL database name and i think i did it well, but i dont know which is the next step. Should i change the chmod of any file ????
