Folder with 777 permission

Hi,
I created a folder "datas" with 777 permission. I logon to a server which has around 30 users. Yesterday I realised that the folder with all the data in it was deleted. Can i know who among the 30 users deleted it? The server does not run any ftp neither does it support anonymous login. So i feel one among the 30 users has deleted. Will there be any log anywhere?
