CRM Database

Expand Post »
I am trying to do a website for a company which exports spices. I dont want it to be a brochure type website so I thought of including some forms and password protected pages etc. In addition to the website being an information provider I also thought of including customer relation management along with it. This means I need to set up a database which will hold customer details. But what else could this database include in addition to customer info? And Is it necessary to have stock control database to provide required product details to the registered customers? What info could both these DBs include (In terms of tables)? Or are there any other way to make such a website interactive?

Any suggestions? Pls post me.
