Backup Transaction log and BLOG

Hello,
I have an application that uses BLOB for files in MSSQL 2000 database. I do a full backup once a week and transactional backup everyday. Does transaction backup includes BLOB? If I restore transaction backup is it going to restore BLOB as part of the table.
