Connect to remote server

Hi,

How to connect to remote server with storedProcesdure sp_addlinkedserver where the server has an instance SQL2005.

suppose the servername as 'SrvName\SQL2005'.

Also please provide the procedure how to delete a remote server from sysservers table.
