MS SQL Installation error

I installed Visual Studio 2008 but when I creates any database it gives me error that" SQL server don't allow remote connection" & if i uninstalled only SQL Server & it'r related packeges like VSS Writer, setup support files etc. & I agian installed fresh copy of SQL server then at the time of Installation it gives me error that SQL instance is allready present in your system. please give unique name.

What is the solution..?

Google this term:
"sql server allow remote connections 2008"

By default the express editions of SQL do not allow remote connections
