Problem in Attaching MS SQL 2005 database in win7

I am facing the problem when i m attaching the ms sql 2005 database file in win7...
MICROSOFT SQL SERVER ERROR 5120

Here is a solution for you (on another forum), it appears that this error code has to do with windows permissions.

I have solved the problem. if any one facing the same problem so just give the full control permission to that folder where the data file are stored.
