Recreate Controlfile in Oracle

I have 2 databases running concurrently. However the second database prompt me error during database startup.

ORA-00205:error in identifying controlfile
Can anyone tell me how to recreate control files in Oracle? I failed to login to SQLPLUS. Thank you and hoping for your reply
