How to transfer some amount from one person's account to another's?

please anybody tell me the query to transfer some amount of money from one account to another account.

when you transfer simple substract from one and insert into another . the logic is so simple.

Get a job as a DBA at a bank and hack into their computers.
Of course that would be breaking the law, but it's the one way to do this that might have anything to do with Oracle yet not be a poorly phrased homework question.
