HI ,

I want to develop a new site whcih should store videos, images and docs.. What is the best method ? store this in database or as external file in disc ?
Could you please point out pros and cons of both

As performance is my main concern for development

Databse - Oracle 9i/10g
GUI - .Net

it is always better to store those in database for security reason.
