Extracting File From BLOB

Hello all,

I have a .zip file which is stored within a BLOB file. Using SQL Developer, how can I extract the .zip file from the BLOB in order to either open the file or store it on my local drive? I've never dealt with Zip files in BLOBS prior to this.
