VB 2008 Access 2007 Load Error

I'm trying to create a Web Form Application for my class final. I downloaded the zipped file and extracted it of course. When I go to Data/Add New Data Source and follow the prompts in the Wizard I get to the screen that you choose your Database Objects, I get this Error. "An unexpected error has occurred. Error Message: Could not load type "Microsoft.FisualStudio.DataDesign.SyncDesigner.SyncFacade.SyncManager'from assembly. "Microsoft.VisualStudio.DataDesign.SyncDesigner.DslPackage, Version =9.0.0.0, culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=b03f7f11d50a3a'.

I need this to load so I can use it in my Web Form. I can open it OK using Access.

I've searched online for a couple of hours and decided to ask for some help.

I downloaded VS 2008 SP1 and everything works great.
