Need example on Dirty read and Unrepeatable read

hi every 1 can some 1 plzzzzzz give me an example of how to solve a dirty read using locks and how to solve unrepeatable reads usings locks. plz try to make me understand using R(A) and W(A) notations with respect to transaction T1 AND T2. not with sql statements..plzz its urgent thnx
