sqlite3 tutorial

Can anyone suggest a good sqlite3/php tutorial for beginners?
I've been using sqlite, and now wanting to learn sqlite3, am looking for a good tutorial but
the only ones I seem to find are either assuming you know version 3 already, or are for
command line.

From what I've read the suggested method for sqlite3 is PDO.
