Java Balloon?

Maybe I had a dream? I seem to remember seeing Javascript balloons somewhere. Something I did notice, in XP Pro when you do a file search there is a balloon that shows the search path, and the balloon expands and contracts with the length of copy that is being displayed in the window. Any thoughts will be appreciated.
