Can't paste in a <span> in Firefox

Hi,
I have this form: http://www.donorsforum.ro/forma_din_anunturi_ro.php .
In the span field that looks like a textarea (Corp anunt) I can write in both IE and Firefox, but I can paste some text only in IE, in Firefox the box is just multiplying and remains empty.
How can I fix this?

I use a with behavior: edit; that sends it's html to a hidden input field because I can't make the to interpret html and the data to be modified comes from a database and has html tags.

What type of data you are retrieving from database ?

you can use FCKEditor or TinyMCE for WYSIWYG Editing.
