CSS with JavaScript

Hello,

I want to make a dialog, with CSS where the borders are like FB Dialog borders!

In CSS I want to use somewhat like the above given link's picture to make a dialog, please help me!

If you're referring to how it cuts up and uses different parts of the image, you can refer to how jQueryUI does it for it's icons.
